My Mission
My wellness journey began unexpectedly when I became very sick with what I initially thought was just a stomach bug. When it wouldn’t go away, I dove into researching how to heal my body naturally through whole foods, non-toxic products, and mindful living. This experience opened my eyes to how our everyday choices impact our wellbeing on multiple levels – physical, mental, and emotional.
Though frustrating at the time, I’m grateful for that health challenge – it transformed how I care for myself and my family. I discovered that true wellness isn’t about perfection; it’s about making intentional choices most of the time while allowing space for balance and joy.
I’m passionate about sharing holistic approaches that work for real life. From non-toxic products and natural skincare to nutrient-dense meals that actually taste amazing, I focus on practical steps anyone can take. And yes, you’ll also find me enjoying the occasional treat – because I firmly believe that stress from being too restrictive isn’t healthy either!
On my days off, you’ll find me baking sourdough, creating natural remedies, enjoying picnics in the park, and finding ways to move my body that feel good.
